Questions before you ask for a quote
01What happens after I submit the form?
A person on the team reviews your request, not an automated form. If anything about the scope is unclear we write to you, and within 24 hours you receive a proposal with the scope, timelines and estimated cost of the project. You also get a reference number to follow it up.
02What do I need ready before filling it in?
You do not need a requirements document. Knowing what problem you want to solve, who will use the software and when you need it is enough to start. If you already have references, sketches or a running system, mention it in the description: it shortens the discovery phase.
03Do I have to give a budget to request a quote?
No — you can pick “I'd rather not say”. It does help, though. We take on projects from under $1,000 USD up to enterprise builds above $50,000 USD, and knowing your range lets us propose a realistic scope instead of a number pulled from the air.
04Does the proposal include delivery timelines?
Yes, with a phase-by-phase schedule. For reference, a corporate website takes two to four weeks and a complete web or mobile application two to four months; in your proposal we adjust that range to the scope we agree with you.
